      Pros

      Good team atmosphere within your assigned group. Strong company commercially within classic industrial gas segments (oxygen, nitrogen, CO2). Very efficient transportation group.

      Cons

      US gas operation seems to be weaker technically than the Linde ROW. US operation seemed to be an very cliquish environment as noticed silos from various groups unless you were connected department or politically.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
