We understand that learning our unique programs can be an adjustment, but it’s a key part of ensuring consistent, effective results for our students. Our goal is to provide thorough training to set clinicians up for success.
Regarding observations, mentoring is part of our commitment to maintaining high standards and providing constructive feedback to help clinicians refine their skills. We understand it can feel interruptive at times, but it’s essential for maintaining the integrity of our programs. As part of a team, clinicians work one-on-one with students, while our most experienced staff members are responsible for progress monitoring, making recommendations, developing lesson plans, and more. Being present and interacting with students is necessary for them to complete these tasks effectively.
