Pros

The ability to change a student's life and give them direction towards a rewarding career in their future. Watching students graduate and be excited about where they are going.

Cons

Expenses were not paid on time. Upper management was unable to solve the issue for over 6 weeks. No consistent direction for how job was to be performed Management did not work with team to direct and assist in completing job duties Treat everyone like a paycheck. No concern for employees and their needs only care about the needs of the company. Three people were fired during my 2 month stay with the company for bogus reasons just because they needed to meet a quota. No funds for marketing materials to be competitive with other schools.

Pros

I learned a lot here — both positive experiences and serious red flags. I enjoyed the enrollment cycle, working with families, and having space to contribute ideas. Unfortunately, the leadership and culture at this location overshadowed those positives.

Cons

No room for growth. This office has experienced unusually high turnover (around 60 to 70+ staff changes in two years in what is typically a low-turnover industry). The person who hired me was terminated before I started, and others resigned shortly after. Training is inconsistent, rushed, and largely self-directed. Promises of promotion or growth are rarely fulfilled. Leadership fosters a hostile environment. Employees are openly warned to “watch out” for certain individuals, which I later found to be true. Cameras are used less for security and more for micromanagement, down to monitoring bathroom breaks. Bullying and intimidation are tolerated and sometimes perpetuated by management. Rather than addressing corporate concerns with reflection or accountability, staff are abruptly terminated without notice, PIPs, or meaningful feedback. Students also feel the effects — their challenges are often ignored or shifted back onto them, despite repeated discussions about retention and support. Reps are discouraged from addressing student concerns meaningfully, which undermines trust and outcomes. If you choose to work here, you will need to document everything, be extremely strong in sales and admissions that its undeniable, and expect little in terms of support, growth, or stability. This environment is mentally draining and unsustainable due to leadership practices.
