The atmosphere of Lincoln Partners is what first drew me in. The people are up beat and the energy is high. It's hard to find that elsewhere. The hands on training made it easy to learn the job and jump into what I was supposed to be doing--which made the opportunity for growth within the company attainable.

It's long hours, but it's worth it.

Everyone here is super helpful. They really want to help you grow as a person both professionally and personally. The owner has an open door policy and encourages you to talk to him about anything.

The commute is a bit far, maybe think about expanding out.
