Phenomenonal Opportunity - Anonymous employee Lincoln Partners Employee Review

The interview process with Lincoln Partners was a surprisingly different experience than any other interview I have been to. There were 3 interviews where I sat down with different managers in the company and each manager painted a clear picture of the opportunity that was being offered. I left the interviews feeling comfortable and very excited about my potential future with Lincoln Partners. Doni was very clear on the company expectations as well as what I could expect from the company.

There is nothing I would have changed about the interview.

Everyone here is super helpful. They really want to help you grow as a person both professionally and personally. The owner has an open door policy and encourages you to talk to him about anything.

The commute is a bit far, maybe think about expanding out.
