      Pros

      Great benefits great company good people. They pay time and a half for overtime. Lots of growing opportunity. The prepare you before they send you out on your own to work. Easy to communicate with all levels of staff.

      Cons

      Zero tolerance policy. No coming in late. Must do overtime a must. Expect to stay a few extra hours a week. Very thorough interviewing process.
