Don’t fall for it - Document Review Lincare Employee Review

Pay is low enough to barely be above the w minimum to qualify for Medicaid (I checked for my daughter and myself). The management team has no system for training. There is constant change and finger pointing with no change or true follow up. I was working 3x the amount and after getting a great review I got a 2% raise. In the two years I was there I never reached 15$. I was told by management that this wasn’t a job to move up in and make good money. If you have any issues you can not call HR, you submit a “claim” and they get back to you when they can.
