Hired for 8:30-5 and routinely worked til 6:30 or 7. Absolutely no training. Unrealistic patient visit scheduling. Poor upper management. Extremely high turnover due to poorly managed centers. All about numbers rather than the quality of care of the patients. I was basically told to “wing it” in the field. Had calls with the recruiter weekly expressing how terrible the center was and despite her having meetings with upper management, nothing changed for the better. Still waiting for mileage reimbursement despite being separated from them for months and I am not the only one.
