      Commissions and 401k are decent for an entry level role in medical sales

      Cons

      Poor organization throughout the company. Leadership is devastatingly poor. Turnover in upper management is higher than normal. A lot of demand to over-promise and under deliver, affecting relationships and reputation. Salary is far below national average.
