Good yearly performance reviews can lead to a raise It's WFH at the call center

Cons

Management at the call center is clique-y Information is rarely communicated well Corporate put us on a hiring freeze because of high turnover but also wouldnt allow even a minute of overtime, which left us with half the needed staff
