Pros

Decent pay with yearly cost of living raises, benefits, PTO, and optional overtime from day one. Able to work from home, remotely from a different state, or in the office. Great advancement opportunities Great casual office environment with a great office head (boss), great supervisors, and wonderful co-workers Steady paycheck every two weeks all but one shift is eight-hour with the option to choose to work from 7-3, 8-4 or if you want one more hour built into your day there was an 8-5 shift with no weekends

Cons

Not much overtime was provided and I had to get all overtime approved by corporate not the in-office boss and supervisors Corporate doesn't seem to care about their employees Local management does it's best to address your concerns but when it comes to wanting more than the initial training or addressing questions and equipping you to be a great employee by answering questions, making sure you have the one on one person attention to address your questions sit down with you and fix problems you may have or to train is hard but not impossible to get. I felt like they got mad or frustrated at me for making mistakes on daily work that could have been addressed and with the right training and notes could have been eliminated. Constructive criticism and non-constructive criticism were given to each individual employee but hardly was positive feedback given to each individual employee. Sometimes it felt like I not doing anything right when in actually I was it's just that no one acknowledged it. Corporate seemed to change things all the time such as taking away or adding overtime, residing every January whether to roll over PTO or not, and similar things. Not able you use your cellphone or even have it on when in the office if even just in the office for five minutes unless it was an emergency or serious situation also not able to use work phone for personal use unless it is an emergency or serious situation Last week of every month the office had to get all work done for that month so each work day you had to stay till the dismissed you which could be anywhere from 5 pm to 9 pm. and couldn't schedule anything even any kind of medical appointment appointments during what they called month end. Hard to handle Childcare or any other scheduling or planning in your personal life during the last week of the month. There wasn't much employee appreciation like incentives, potlucks, company picnics, and other employee appreciation things other than verbal encouragement and the occasional encouraging and motivating emails from your boss and supervisors but vertically nothing from corporate showing employee appreciation. I could have moved to a different department within the company with more challenging work but it would have been more stressful with no raise unless I wanted to be a team lead, supervisor or boss
