Great work schedule, pto and benefits

Cons

Pay is very low. With the economy starting pay should be increased but it’s not. They say patient care is priority but it’s starting to be bottom dollar that matters. Wanting to push things on to patients that don’t necessarily need them. High turnover rate because employees are expected to do more and more each day with no extra pay.
