Pros

Helping people is a noble profession. Enjoyed the people I worked with.

Cons

Haha they all read the same. The company does not care for their employees. “If you don’t like it leave.” “I’m sorry we can’t do anything about the pay.” What they ask for what they pay does not line up. On-call is a joke. I’ve done on call for other companies where you were actually compensated well. You want us to cover for how many short handed centers again? Imagine being on call for for one quarter of your state and a piece of the next. 2 1/2 hour drive to a patients house on a weekend? They would have run out of o2 long before we got there. Glad I moved on.
