Going downhill - Sales Representative Lincare Employee Review

Management is a mess from top to bottom. No one ever lets lower staff know what’s going on in regards to no processes until after the fact. Lots and lots of turnover. Everything seems to be getting outsourced and is making everything harder to do. Lots of changes are being made, and not for the better. Part of the problem comes from Medicare cracking down and making changes, but then you add in all of lincare’s changes and no one ever knows what’s going on.
