      Pros

      There are zero pros to this company other than you make a higher percentage than other companies as a freight broker.

      Cons

      They will work you to death and never give you credit for your work but they will be glad to give someone else recognition for it. Everyone kisses the management and owners butt so they stick around longer. Working on weekends, every single holiday, and be on call 24/7. Cheap and very shady company. There is a reason no one stays at this company.
