Pros

I work in a call center that takes calls for this company. The only good thing is that MY company lets me work from home.

Cons

They steal from employees they take from the business that sign up with them and also do a switch and bate on the customers that book rides with them. They never keep their word and they are getting customer service for super cheep. They dont pay enough to get someone to want to provide good customer service. so they provide what they are getting paid for!!!

Pros

I will bring up a couple pro's but that doesn't me I'm suggesting it's a good place to work. The one bright spot is that the location is right next to the Montgomery Bart station. So if you are coming in to SF from the East Bay, is a breeze. If I wrote this review 6 months ago, I would include the people there as an asset. However, the company went through a massive layoff in May which included the CEO. The second is they offer free bottled water. That's it.

Cons

Dishonest and sneaky upper management and no future there. They are on the brink of closing the doors.They have been losing money because of bad management decisions and have a skeleton crew so the place is empty. Basically about 15 people left to manage the place. They only have left over management (2) who basically facilitated their decline by refusing to make positive changes and only made changes that helped the decline. Do not work there, it has a very negative feel about it. You walk in and the place sucks the energy out of you. Hard to explain but it does.
