No paperwork invovlement with the passenger. Payment by direct deposit always on time. For those wanting weekends off, the work is mostly business people during the week.
Cons
A "one-size fits all" mentality. Too many phone calls. New tech not pre-tested. Directive to the point of transition from contract to employee. Walking a fine line.
