Pros

The clients you get to work with

Cons

Please read!!! They advertise as BCBA owned but the CEO is not licensed at all and has never worked in the field. 1.they do not care about the kids and force them to continue programs when sick 2.no one is on the same page with behavior plans 3.there is no support 4. If you have been there a while you will only get the high behavior clients because they don’t want new employees to quit 5. If you are sick even if you have PTO you have to work but they let new people call in all the time. They might say they prioritize PTO but I can’t tell you how many requests I would put in that they would make me change. 6. There is no HR 7. If a bad review gets written about them they ask other employees to go on and write good reviews to cancel it out 8. They get upset if you use the cleaning products more than once a day 9. If you have any grievances keep them to yourself because they don’t like dealing with them. I would pay closer attention to bad comments than good comments because of the asking employees to write good comments They also can’t keep people because I’ve had multiple people I used to work with their apply where I work now and they told me they applied to a bunch of different ABA companies on top of the current one I’m working at because of how bad it’s gotten. (No I did not tell past employees where I work, but my current boss was the one to tell me a lot of past people I worked with had applied to our company and why).
