      old tech stack, repetitive work business first culture More you work, more work you get No promotion for deserving people. Only old employees are getting promoted every year because they are good in taking credit for other's hard work. Zero support from management. No work life balance managers are openly biased and support launda culture

      Pros

      - Competitive salary. - Good for early stage of career only.

      Cons

      - Mandatory working 9 hrs (punch-in, punch-out tracking system) - Absence of Tech Hierarchy. - Legacy Code/Tech stack. No vision of upgradation. - Micromanagement. - Poor HR management (policies keep on changing). Completely broken exit process. “You follow up your own exit”.
