      Pros

      Lime Recruit is a good company and the staff that you'll report to are lovely. Good opportunity for higher rates of pay - including tips in some locations Total freedom and choice on whether you want to do a shift or not. Experience in many different places and areas of work.

      Cons

      The salary is minimum wage but there are opportunities to get higher pay rates - having a car puts you in high demand and working antisocial hours or bank holidays may include higher rates. Some jobs can be far away - but you will know this before you agree to work the shift You will usually be working at different locations and with different managers, so it is hard to get familiar with people and the managers may prefer different styles of work

      - Can work when you want to (provided shifts are available) - Most places I worked were a treat, rarely had issues - Fun if you enjoy a different pace, you work everywhere

      Cons

      - Shifts are not always available and this is affected greatly by the time of year - You are competing to accept a job against many others so you don't always get time to look at a summary - Summarys weren't always provided which meant you were going blindly sometimes

      Easy to sign up, get training and get work. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Terrible pay, poor treatment by Lime's clients.
