Pros

The owners are heavily involved in team pods, so not only are they invested in their business, but they're also hands on with client growth and scaling accounts. Great cultivation of talent, very low turnover rate, there are people working at Lilo that have been there for years. Management trusts you to make your own decisions, you don't feel super micromanaged, which is great. Work life balance - You're encouraged to take your PTO and yes, you will have to hustle a little to get things done to make it happen, but you're never guilted for taking a few days off. Your team mates all come together to accommodate, as you'll be doing the same for them when they need to take their time off. My favorite thing about Lilo is how your time is protected as a Creative. We have project managers that help organize every move down to the very last detail and (if you're not in a heavy client-facing role) you're not expected to be on a ton of client calls that eat up your entire day. You get to allocate your time accordingly.

Cons

Workload can feel heavy at times and you'll need to gain or sharpen some skills on the fly if you're not familiar with every little aspect of DTC. Not exactly a con unless you don't want to be challenged or you're afraid of growth.

Pros

- The growth opportunities here are very real, and leadership truly supports career development if you’re motivated and willing to put in the work. - The people working at Lilo are amazing! I genuinely enjoy working with every single employee here. - The culture is collaborative and friendly. We’re encouraged to connect, chat, and build relationships, not just jump straight into work tasks. Even being a fully remote company, it doesn't feel isolating. - The CEO and co-founder, are very hands-on and deeply involved, which means they actually understand what’s happening day to day and can make informed decisions quickly.

Cons

- Workload can be busy during peak periods, which is expected in agencies. - The agency is growing rapidly, which is exciting. With growth comes the occasional growing pains, but leadership is proactive and quick to take action when adjustments are needed.
