- Apprentices and Journeymans get treated like a number
- One bad and broken company pallet jack on site
- Hard effort and work gets unoticed
- Only appreciate employees that had been with the company for a while even though everyone worked together to reach a goal
Everything above results in poor leadership and lack of accountability from employees.
