      GPS and cameras in vans. New hires make more than seasoned techs

      Cons

      Low tech pay but maximum customer billing. Management has ruined the company that used to be a family run business that valued all team members. Now they just want you to grind for those dollars

      They use out dated technology to run a multi million dollar operation. The work environment is really toxic. They don’t provide proper training.
