      Pros

      Nice story to stell to shareholders; very fancy, bold and futuristic. Makes you want to be part of it.

      Cons

      Very young management team not having real live experience, mixing the text book concepts during the interview. Had an impression that line manager had no idea what to ask me for; was not able to answer questions about goals, targets and timelines. Lack of experience comes out.
