Good team Coworkers are nice Office is in soho. It’s clean

Cons

No regulations for the callers. They will curse you out all day management doesn’t help. They try to make you tolerate it

Lili invests in training its CS employees on how to manage customer calls. The team has procedures and tools to deal specifically with challenging customer calls. such a sad company to work for - absolutely do not consider it. they do not care about the employees in the US

Cons

there is a reason you see every former employer with a 'looking for work' sticker on their linkedin - this place is a bizarre culturally insensitive space that does not care about you. You will not last more than 6 months - as someone who was there for over 2.5 years - trust me
