Pros
employees were nice friendly people who like to have fun and enjoy their time at work the best they can. the work is boring long days little pay. the 2 office guys don't do much but tell you what to do everyone at the mill complains about them. while there OSHA was constantly on their minds coming to do and inspection that they would fail with the whole place being dust piles and wood piles next to hot running machines.
Cons
Management needs to fix safety issues. its like the people in the office don't care because they aren't around it. but a lot of safety issues that could cause serious harm or death to a employee. also no Diversity here if you aren't a white male 18-30 you wont be here long they will make older new workers work alone in the cold with little help until they get tired of it and leave. if you are young and fun you'll fit in but don't expect a raise or anything for a long time.
