Great Company - Manager Lignetics Employee Review

Upper management is great and very supportive. My team is also great and I like being able to run my plant without any micro management. I'm trusted to do my job. Safety is a major focus as is engagement and making our plant a great place to work. I never dread going to work, I'm happy to be there and do what I can to help my team.

Some negative attitudes and misery loving company to a degree, but overall small faction of overall attitudes. Lack of sales with warmer winters, but that's to be expected.

Nice people, flexible hours, fun environment

Very low pay. Long hours.
