Its great if your related to or friends with the longtime employees and management.
Cons
Most of the employees there are related to each other or family friends. If your not 1 of those 2 things, you can expect to have guys sabotage your work area and brag about doing so. Management thinks its great because it inflates the cost per ton so they can get more money from corp for the budget and lie to customers about the cost of producing their product. They also use the sabotage as an excuse to not give you your raises or do your reviews if your not one of them. I hired in before one of the family friends and he got his raise and reviews w/o any issues, I had plenty. When I started I was able to run just as fast and more consistent than the 13 year veteran operator/sabotage expert. So they made the decision to sabotage EVERYTHING for several months and tried to blame me for it. They even had this kid3x my size try suckered me into fighting with him on more than one occasions. They also put this kid in charge of warehouse on my shift when I told them I had been documenting the sabotage and taking pics. Hr is no help, the lady I emailed letting them know I wasn't coming back until they got stuff straight pretended like noone new I wasn't coming to tryfiring me because I told her im going to corporate with my pics and documentation. Anyone who takes pride in there work or should avoid Lignetics of wv at all costs.
