Honestly, working here was a mess from day one. The CEO only cares about himself and it shows in how little effort goes into supporting the people actually doing the work. Leadership feels fake, they put on a show like they care, but behind the scenes, it's all about control and appearances. Raises are a joke, bonuses don't mean anything, and most of the employees are counting the days until they can leave. The place runs like a circus, with no structure, no motivation, and no real future. If you're thinking about joining, beware, it's just not worth the stress or wasted time.
