- The entire support structure is unreliable, making every shift a battle against failing systems and constant frustration. - Technical issues happen daily, yet employees are pushed to meet impossible response times with tools that barely function. - Communication from upper levels is practically nonexistent, leaving front-line teams abandoned to handle chaos on their own. - Decisions are made by people completely disconnected from what client support actually requires. - The workload is crushing, recognition is rare, and burnout spreads like wildfire. - The company preaches excellence and efficiency, but behind the polished image is nothing but confusion and neglect.

You get experience working in the industry.

Cons

Working for the CEO of this company: He is by far the worst type of person to work for. He will pay you very little and after he denies you vacation he will show you a Q2 slideshow with his burning man festival pics in the background like he's hip or something. This dude has been on an ego trip his entire carrier.
