Pros

Most of the people there care and want the company to succeed. The product is great and it’s the leader in the industry.

Cons

The company I joined several years ago was a very different place before the complete executive leadership transition. Since the current CEO and his handpicked leadership team took over, the culture has deteriorated significantly. Employee well-being, collaboration, and trust have taken a back seat to profits and short-term results. The CEO's leadership style is driven by criticism and fear rather than support and accountability. He frequently focuses on what employees are doing wrong and openly discusses individuals' shortcomings with others. Despite claiming to value open and honest feedback, dissenting opinions are often dismissed, and employees are left feeling that disagreeing with leadership could put their jobs at risk. His disconnect from both employees and customers makes it difficult for him to understand the realities faced by the people who drive the business every day. The company promotes itself as striving to be an industry leader, yet employee benefits, support, and overall workplace experience often feel merely average. This contrast is especially noticeable when the CEO openly boasts about personal wealth and luxury purchases while employees are being asked to do more with less. The HR leader brought in by the CEO appears to function primarily as an extension of his leadership rather than as an independent advocate for employees. Concerns raised to HR are quickly escalated to the CEO, creating little sense of confidentiality or psychological safety. Rather than approaching employee issues with empathy and objectivity, responses often feel defensive and dismissive. As a result, many employees lack confidence that HR can serve as a trusted resource when workplace concerns arise.

Pros

Market leader, great customers, very nice and supportive people, lots of change and growth - which I love but some people have a hard time with the faster pace.

Cons

There is a lot of **positive** change but sometimes it feels like a lot

You named something real: growth and change are core to who we are, and for the most part that's a strength. But we also recognize that even positive change can accumulate, and it's on us as leaders to make sure our teams feel supported through it, We're glad you're here, and we're committed to continuing to build the kind of environment where great people want to stay and grow. Thanks for being part of it.
