      Pros

      Really nice people and management. If you want to get into teaching this is a good place to start. I saw some of my colleagues that were tutors become teachers at the school they were tutoring at.

      Low amount of work hours. Sometimes only about 4 per week

      Management tried their best to make the tutors feel welcomed and incorporate activities or goals to help the students as well.

      Cons

      The pay was low, even if you have a degree.
