Very Normal First Job - Analyst Lightpath Employee Review

Company is finally getting it together and making leadership changes to improve for the better. New leader is an honest standup guy.

Need to make changes faster.

My experience was that it was a great company to work for I started out. Temp worked on the Cablevision side high permanently to Lightpath and for a few years things were great.

Not really sure how to put this, but if you were of a certain “group“ you were never reprimanded for your attitude against your coworkers. Management seem to be too afraid to do anything about the bullies.
