Cons
They pay below the industry average for all roles. Classically there are those protected by upper management from losing their jobs even when there are endless reports of gross misconduct. Be aware that certain managers can be very cut throat and if you step on their toes, they will try to damage you career progression if they feel threatened or attacked.
