Pros

- pytorch-lightning the open source framework. -

Cons

Work culture is really toxic. Product managers are clueless. If you have an offer just be prepared to be either let go or burned out if things do not work out.

Pros

Potential to work for a place with a good opportunity to become an industry leader, or at least go public

Cons

* Company tripled in size after a merger in early 2026, and leadership hasn't yet figured out the necessary new behaviors and processes. * Extremely tops-down culture: Expectations to drop everything and pivot when execs have a random thought that they're too busy to clarify impedes progress towards a healthy "ownership mentality"
