Pros
Great place to work with amazing talented people. There is a company culture of inclusion with monthly social events to encourage employee interaction/engagement outside of the traditional workplace setting. Working at an agency means you probably won't get bored - interaction with different clients and different teams keeps the work fresh and engaging. Personal growth and development is encouraged and supported by company-sponsored conferences or other industry training opportunities (as requested by individual employees). I expect continued growth and thus more opportunities for advancement for employees at Lightmaker.
Cons
This is an agency, so at times things can be chaotic when demands from multiple clients collide as deadlines shift and manage to pile up on the same few days.
