It is generally a good company

Tight crew, all very smart. Everyone is involved in success of the company, so you do a bit of everything. However, you are the expert for specific things and you are allowed to run with and idea, discuss openly, etc.

Company is very young so there are some growing pains. Management is pretty good about addressing issues as they come up.
