      Poor leadership, zero training, weird staff dynamics - gossip and rumors of affairs, etc. They wanted learners and inquisitive minded people but acted annoyed when you went to them with questions or needed help.

      Owners are horrible. If your a family member, or related, you can do whatever the heck you want. If your not, your screwed.
