I have no complaints about working at lightico

Great culture being driven by the leadership team. Working with a solution that's well positioned to deliver tremendous value to brands and users alike in the post Covid-19 world. Startup feel of collaboration, agility and energy.

I can't think of a con. A challenge would be the time difference factor for the US and Tel Aviv teams to work together - but this is a normal component for any global organization to work around - both teams have been extremely accommodating in terms of availability.
