      Pros

      Free lunches from Tesco (which wasn’t all great but the best I could say positive)

      Cons

      Where to begin. Micromanaging to the highest level. Happy to criticise but never praise. Time watching everything you do. Picking on the smallest things that they don’t like. I felt like I was a child in those strict boarding schools.

      Pros

      Company has provided me on site training - everyone seems to be super knowledgable and willing to help/share when you are stuck or struggling Management is incredibly knowledgable and will stop to help as needed Food is provided - although this is stopping in the new year due to changes in the company infrastructure - but it was great whilst it lasted Tons of free parking, and a flexible working from home situation

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn - but again training is provided and everyone is happy to help - it's just a complicated system to understand, and that takes time to fully grasp.
