      Pros

      great work environment, support from mgmt, opportunity to move up in the company.

      Cons

      due to it being a smaller PM company, pay is less than other Mgmt Co's - however, very competitive pay for the state of FL as a whole. Employee coverage (benefits) is AMAZING! but if you have a family that you need to cover it is VERY costly.
