      Pros

      Flexible hours. Great boss. Great pay. Fantastic work culture. Support is great for a lifeguarding job. Tons of company bonding experiences. Bruce, Ken, and Alicia are great.

      Cons

      Members of the pools can be unreasonable jerks sometimes, but that is to be expected. Health inspectors can be very rude, but its just something that comes along 3 times a summer.

      Pros

      Good environment, management offers support when needed. Bruce (CEO) is a great guy and fosters a great work environment.

      Cons

      Some managers had major emotional problems, I remember getting cussed out over the owner's son's mistake. I was blamed for it & eventually passed over for promotion so I left the company. I believe I was just unlucky, overall good place to work at.
