      Good health insurance benefits for a small company. Clients are diverse and what make the company.

      Cons

      Not focused on customer service, no clear business plan, lots of processes and few are followed. Poor communication lines from management. Monetary compensation is poor.

      Pros

      Good knowledge base of Techs, they are able to handle any issues and problems with much panic. Wide range of skills between all techs

      Cons

      Small office can get a little hectic at times, like most other small companies can be a hassle on 151 when the fairground is open with traffic

      Pros

      The companies that Lighthouse supports are great to work with and make the day to day tolerable.

      Cons

      Management is horrendous! There is an air of superiority from lead techs and a high school like attitude. There was a lot of employee turnover while I was there, not because the employees weren't qualified but because of the mismanagement and not putting employees in a position to succeed.
