Pros
A fantastic, talented team of great individuals - many of whom are the best in their craft.
Cons
A deeply unpleasant founder that sits in the corner of the office - monitoring the team - breaks, conversations, laughter, internet usage, etc. Then sends upper management to speak to those involved. Feels a lot like being in a strict classroom, or perhaps a factory 100 years ago. Talent retention has been an issue, as people aren't treated with trust or respect.
