What's left of them? The people are great. The pod structure can be helpful as long as you get a good pod. The tech can be great when it works.
Cons
LH is not the same company it once was. It is a corporate engine and you are but a replaceable part. It doesn't matter how good you are, how long you have been working there or what you have done for the company, if you stop being a good little cog your scrap. Pay was never industry standard and qont be unless you have officer in your title, negotiate high and dont expect the yearly bonus to make sense. It's a line they keep moving.
