      Great people, unique culture, great place to grow a career, values ideas and good communication from leadership. The best place I've ever worked

      Cons

      Different stress levels depending on what team you are on, hard work and often long hours for many people. Have to really work at it and communicate with managers to move up.

      CEO and his hand picked cronies, good at taking care of each other at the cost of folks who do the actual work. Company stopped growing after current CEO took over the helm,
