- Unlimited PTO is a blessing and a curse - Depending on the team you're in you can do some interesting work with a relatively high amount of autonomy. - There are some legitimately talented, empathetic, and awesome employees here. Depending on your team your work life balance can be great
Cons
- They are asking people to leave Glassdoor reviews... But only certain people... - Unlimited PTO. - New leadership changing things for the worse in a lot of areas. No real direction as a company it seems with our entire budget relying on just a few products with shaky technical foundations. - Some teams have really toxic work environments. The people will single you out and make you feel as if you don't matter. - Recent layoffs and terrible beginning of the year have people on edge - Pay ranges are not realistic. You have many people who are "senior" level who aren't actually at that skill level. They had to be promoted to get paid what they needed. It makes it so that everyone is a senior and that title means nothing. - Benefits aren't great and Cigna is one of the worst companies I've had to use for healthcare
