Pros
- Collaboration and camaraderie between teams and departments. I interact with and work with many kind, smart, funny, helpful, and motivated people every day. - Transparency from Leadership and upper management (on status of company financials, new business won, areas of improvement, ongoing initiatives). Leadership is level-headed. They answer folks' tough questions without having reactive or overly emotional responses. - Strong manager support (day-to-day work and tasks, personal development, work/life balance) - Feels like an exciting time to work at the company and make an impact on its future growth and the development/maturity of internal processes, etc. - Great remote working environment - Good wages and benefits (and looking to continue improving) - Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Cons
As with many companies, some areas of the business can sometimes be stuck in legacy processes (or lack thereof) and rigid when it comes to change and innovation.
