Today marks my one year anniversary at Lighthouse. *With remote work there is always going to be a bit of a hurdle at any company to connect with your colleagues on a personal layer. However, Lighthouse goes above and beyond to try and compensate by providing opportunities for employees to meet up in social settings throughout the year.
