Pros
Without question, the people are the best thing about this company. These people are some of the smartest, most caring, most helpful people i have ever worked with. They really know their stuff and they really care. You will be welcome if you decide to work here, everyone really tries to reach out and make you fee like part of the team
Cons
Pro and a Con: Super rapid growth. That bodes well for potential longevity and hopefully competitive employment packages. BUT the growing pains, integration issues, disembodied management of issues (left hand / right hand) is really painful sometimes. Their employment package is tolerable, but nothing to write home about. They could/should be a leader in this area and they are not. They are losing really good people.
